Sonography of pregnancy without anomaly scan:
1fetus with FHR is seen
Presentation is variable.
The age of fetues according to CRL is 12w+6d.
Placenta is in anterior position and is low lying.
AF is NORMAL.
CRL=65mm
FHR= 152/min
NUCAL THICKNESS= 1.56 mm
(N.T value for down syndrome & Trisomy 13.18 is not mor than 80% and not able diagnose all 100% cases . It is necessary to explain that normal sonography does not mean perfect fetus health.)
