Brain (W.O.C) - MRI
Findings:
The pons, medulla, bulb, and upper cervical cord show normal signal.
The skull base and petromastoid regions are normal.
The cerebellopontine angle cisterns and internal auditory canals are normal bilaterally.
The posterior fossa and cerebellum appear normal.
The sella turcica and pituitary gland show no abnormal signal, and the sellar, parasellar, and suprasellar spaces are normal.
An extra-axial mass with high T2/FLAIR signal and iso-signal on T1, measuring 28.5 × 12 × 23.5 mm, is seen along the right frontal bone over the orbital roof. It shows a T2 shine-through effect on DWI/ADC. There is marked surrounding vasogenic edema with mass effect on the right frontal horn of the lateral ventricle and mild midline shift. The first differential diagnosis is meningioma. Post-contrast MRI is recommended for further evaluation.

A small high T2/FLAIR focus is also seen adjacent to the left occipital horn of the lateral ventricle, which is nonspecific
